Our instructors include Atlanta top hospitality professionals, experienced food industry executives, restaurateurs, published authors, wine and spirit experts, and more. Each holds a high degree of proficiency and diverse culinary and hospitality experiences that they’re enthusiastic to share with our students.
Our students will explore both the front and the back of the house as you become acquainted with traditional and evolving flavors from every angle of the world. Our students will study everything from Nutrition and World Cuisine to Wine and Spirits Management.
Who We Are
The Kitchen Project is a 6 month certificate program educating young adults in the trade of Culinary Arts and Hospitality. We provide the necessary information to jump start careers in this vastly growing industry. Our goal is to carve a path to an entry level position in the industry or assist in continuing education.
